1. Who we are

2. Not affiliated with Roblox

ForgePoly is an independent, third-party tool built for creators who make content for the Roblox platform. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

3. The Service

ForgePoly generates 3D model files from text prompts or images you provide, using third-party AI models and cloud compute we operate. Generated output quality is not guaranteed - AI generation is inherently variable, and results may require manual cleanup before use in your projects.

4. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions, tokens, and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe, our payment processor - we never see or store your full card details. Each plan includes a monthly token allotment; tokens are consumed per generation and do not roll over between billing periods. Free-tier tokens are granted once at signup and do not refill. You can cancel anytime from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes another party's intellectual property or trademark rights, depicts real people without consent, or violates Roblox's own Community Standards if you intend to use the output on that platform. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Ownership of your content and output

You retain ownership of images and prompts you submit. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the 3D assets generated for you and may use them commercially, including in Roblox experiences. We do not claim ownership over your generated output. You grant us a limited license to process your submissions (images, prompts) through our generation pipeline and third-party AI/cloud providers solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Third-party services

Delivering the Service requires sending data to third-party providers on your behalf, including payment processing (Stripe), object storage (Cloudflare R2), and GPU compute for AI generation (RunPod or equivalent providers). These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that generated output will be accurate, unique, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated assets before using them in any published project.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgePoly and [Company Legal Name] are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination
